We also know that you expect us to service you in an accurate and efficient manner. To do so, we must collect and maintain certain nonpublic personal information about you or your business. For sponsors and guarantors, WDIP also collects certain business and financial information, including comprehensive background checks as needed, during the investment/loan origination due diligence processes.

WDIP does not sell the nonpublic personal information we collect about our specific sponsors, clients or investors to anyone. WDIP discloses nonpublic personal information regularly (and has within the past 12 months) for the following reasons:

These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings.

You acknowledge that your use of the WDIP website and services may have a unique ID via cookies, pixel tags, local storage, and other technologies (collectively, “Technologies”) associated with you as a visitor who accesses our website. Sponsors, clients and investors cannot opt out of allowing WDIP to share their nonpublic personal information with affiliated or non-affiliated third parties which are necessary to service their accounts or conduct investment due diligence. If you would like to limit sharing of your information where applicable, please contact Mr. Stephen Erwin at the address below.
