GLOBAL PRIVACY NOTICE — Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners Addendum

Walker & Dunlop, Inc. together with its subsidiaries (collectively, or individually as applicable, referred to as “Walker & Dunlop,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) recognize the importance of privacy rights, and we have posted our Privacy Policy (“Notice”) at https://www.walkerdunlop.com/privacy-policy/. Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners, Inc. (“WDIP”) additionally protects the privacy and security of nonpublic personal information that WDIP obtains about sponsors, clients and investors, and visitors of its websites that may be subject to additional privacy requirements, as set forth in this WDIP addendum to the Walker & Dunlop Notice

What Information WDIP Collects

WDIP collects certain nonpublic personal information (such as your name, address, social security number, EIN or other financial information) that either you or your authorized representative(s) (such as your attorney, accountant or other representative) provide to WDIP via client or subscription agreements, custodian or brokerage applications, or other forms of communication (whether electronic, telephonic, written or in person). WDIP also collects personal information from others (such as credit bureaus, affiliates and other third parties). For sponsors and guarantors, WDIP may collect certain business and financial information, including comprehensive background checks as needed, during the investment/loan origination due diligence processes. What Information We Disclose

WDIP does not sell the nonpublic personal information that WDIP collects about individual sponsors, clients or investors. WDIP discloses nonpublic personal information regularly (and has within the past 12 months) for the following reasons:

If you terminate our services or become an inactive client, we will continue to adhere to this Notice.

Opting Out/Right to Request Deletion of Information

Depending on where you reside, you may have additional rights to request a copy, correct, limit sharing or request deletion of your personal information. More information about your rights is available in our Notice, as well as the Data Security Measures (that includes the retention policy), and Cookie Policy and Similar Tracking Technology within the Notice.

Please note that sponsors, clients and investors cannot opt out of allowing WDIP to share their nonpublic personal information with affiliated or non-affiliated third parties which are necessary to service their accounts or conduct investment due diligence. Also, to comply with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, WDIP is generally prohibited from deleting business records for a minimum of five years.

For California and Vermont residents: We will not share nonpublic personal information we collect about you with nonaffiliated third parties, except as permitted by law, including, for example, with your consent or to service your account. We will not share information about your creditworthiness with our affiliates, other than as permitted by law, unless you authorize us to make those disclosures. Failure to opt-out of applicable disclosures within thirty (30) days of receiving this Notice shall constitute your consent to this Notice and disclosure to our affiliates as listed above.
